He is currently developing various genres for Television, both scripted and reality, and is aligning multi-level financing and leveraging federal and state Tax incentives to bring them to fruition. A Marketing professional with over two decades of Management and business development experience and franchise capabilities.

Having worked in finance and statistics for the London Stock Exchange and Merchant Bankers, NM Rothschild & Sons; Penny Styles began her film and television career in London, England working with cross-platform advertising. Then, a move to the US coupled her financial and creative background into Producing Film and Television. Thirty years later, she is an award winning Producer & Line Producer, who has worked on over 60 Feature Film and TV projects including independent motion picture productions such as ‘Reunion’, ‘April Moon’, ‘Watercolors’, ‘Neowolf’ along with many television shows in Tennessee, Florida and California with Disney, CMT & Discovery. Adept and comfortable in all production genres, she develops budgets ranging from Micro upward to $56 mil. Penny has also received multiple Film Festival, Addy and industry awards.
Steve Bivens

Steve Bivens has an extraordinary creative vision for stories that touch the heart and stimulate the soul. Starting as a beloved teacher and counselor, his desire to help his community developed into a successful 14 year career as a Tennessee State representative where he helped build bridges (figuratively and literally) and highways to increase commerce and community. He served on a district school board for 10 years where he was Chairman for 2 years; he spearheaded closing old dilapidated buildings where young pupils were at health risk, and worked to ensure that quality education become available to all. Now, and for the last 24 years, having parlayed his background with his strategic mind, Steve has built a successful family company in Government Relations operating in Nashville, Tennessee. Highly ranked and representing major companies such as Airbnb, eBay, Bayer, Uber, Sprint & Tennessee Forestry Association, he is translating his outstanding vision and strategic mind into production as an Executive Producer.
